LaunchPad process

  1. Young adults ages 18-24 are welcome to participate in virtual and select in-person events and programming to learn more about the industry and the LaunchPad program overall.

  2. Young adults facing barriers are welcome to apply for the LaunchPad Fellowship program. LaunchPad fellows participate in the Learn, Experience, and Work pillars of LaunchPad. Fellows are typically rising college junior or seniors, or roughly ages 20 and 21, or in an equivalent career position. LaunchPad welcomes approximately 100-200 fellows per year with a goal of 80%+ placement.

  3. LaunchPad’s program committee determines eligibility and acceptance into the LaunchPad Fellowship program.

  4. Each fellowship cohort begins in September and concludes the following May. With internship, gig, and job-placement support helping transition fellows to their career opportunities beginning each May-June.

  5. You may be a fellow up to two times (two years)

  6. Former LaunchPad fellows are considered program alumni, may continue to participate in networking events and join our professional community.
