FULL Description
LaunchPad, a program of the Village Community Foundation, creates and shares life-changing career opportunities in the entertainment, sports and finance industries for young adults facing barriers. Our program uplifts participants with career discovery, experiential learning, and internship and job opportunities. With over 1,000 lifetime participants and 3,000 program service hours LaunchPad is a force for good in the lives of our young adults and the communities we serve. LaunchPad is supported by a network of top employers and their senior executives including Netflix, Paramount, ITV America, A+E, and many more.
