Introducing the LaunchPad Impact Circle: A Coalition for Change

At LaunchPad, we open doors. Our mission is to create and share life-changing career opportunities for young adults facing barriers—helping them discover their passions, connect with industry leaders, and step confidently into careers in entertainment, sports, and finance. From immersive events to internships and full-time roles, LaunchPad is about building real momentum and unlocking futures that were once out of reach. We believe in what’s possible—and we’re building a community that makes it happen.
Today, we’re proud to introduce the LaunchPad Impact Circle—a new collective of influential supporters who are stepping up to help us accelerate this work. Together, they will expand LaunchPad’s reach, raise its visibility, and open new doors for young adults across the country.
The Impact Circle represents a powerful truth: career opportunity often comes down to timing, access, and advocacy. In the nonprofit sector—and especially in work focused on launching talent—progress depends on people who are willing to lend their voice, platform, and influence. The Impact Circle was created to unite these champions, amplify our mission, and create momentum at a pivotal moment in our growth.
This moment matters. Thousands of talented young adults are ready to lead, create, and contribute. LaunchPad is here to help them turn readiness into results. With the Impact Circle, we’re adding a new layer of support that helps us move faster, go further, and serve more young people with every step.
Members of the Impact Circle serve in multiple ways. Some contribute financially. Others offer time, strategic advice, or high-impact introductions. Many help us tell our story—elevating the visibility of our work and the voices of our participants. Their involvement complements the work of our board, LaunchPad Champions, and Ambassadors, forming a strong and collaborative ecosystem of support.
