Our program uplifts participants with career discovery, professional skill development, and gig, internship and job placement assistance. With over 1,000 lifetime participants and 3,000 program service hours LaunchPad is a force for good in the lives of the young adults and communities we serve. LaunchPad is supported by a network of top employers and their senior executives including Netflix, Paramount, iCapital, Morgan Stanley, WME, ITV America, A+E, and many more.
