Every attendee earns LaunchPad’s first “Ready to Work” PA digital badge, with additional badges awarded for completing PA jobs and demonstrating exceptional on-set performance.

Yes, attendance is free for participants. Lunch, and soft drinks are available at select times during the event. Water and coffee available throughout.

Unfortunately, due to the size of the event we cannot accommodate dietary preferences nor food allergies. Plentiful GrubHub and Uber Eats options are available and a pickup station will be setup at the venue’s entrance.

We recommend comfortable business casual attire. If you cannot decide, lean towards the business side :)
