LaunchPad Welcomes Evan Jehle to Its Board of Directors

Partner and COO at FFO brings deep expertise in philanthropy, financial strategy, and nonprofit governance to support LaunchPad’s mission of creating life-changing career opportunities.

LaunchPad is proud to welcome Evan Jehle to its Board of Directors, a leader whose career sits at the intersection of financial stewardship, philanthropy, celebrity, and impact-driven strategy. As Partner and Chief Operating Officer at FFO, Evan advises ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs, executives, entertainers, and athletes on business management, tax strategy, and long-term wealth planning—work that consistently connects financial success with meaningful, lasting impact.

Evan brings extensive experience guiding clients through the creation and management of private foundations and public charities, helping align philanthropic goals with clear outcomes and strong governance. His perspective will be instrumental as LaunchPad continues to expand access and opportunity for young adults facing barriers across entertainment, sports, and finance—ensuring that the organization’s growth is matched by sound structure, sustainability, and strategic clarity.

In addition to his role at FFO, Evan serves on the Global Advisory Board of the Clara Lionel Foundation, where he contributes to international initiatives in philanthropy and nonprofit governance. His work supporting charitable entities spans formation, compliance, financial accounting and reporting, and long-term giving strategies—experience that closely mirrors LaunchPad’s commitment to building programs that are both mission-driven and operationally strong.

“Evan’s background in aligning financial strategy with purposeful, impactful giving makes him a powerful addition to our board,” said Jon Winkel, President of LaunchPad. “As we scale our programs and partnerships, his guidance will help ensure we are building an organization that not only opens doors for emerging talent, but does so with integrity, accountability, and long-term vision.”

A CPA licensed in New York and holder of the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA, Evan is also a member of the Forbes Finance Council. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accounting from St. John’s University and is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.

Evan joins a growing group of leaders, creators, and changemakers who are shaping LaunchPad’s next chapter—one focused on experiential learning, meaningful industry connections, and pathways that turn access into opportunity.
