Our program uplifts participants with career discovery, professional skill development, coaching and mentoring, and gig, internship and job placement assistance. With over 1,000 lifetime participants and 4,000 program service hours LaunchPad is a force for good in the lives of the young adults and communities we serve. LaunchPad is supported by a network of top employers and their senior executives including Netflix, Paramount, Wheelhouse, iCapital, Versant, Morgan Stanley, WME, ITV America, A+E, and many more.
